MNS Physical Education Teacher

We know that physical activity produces overall physical, psychological and social benefits, and that inactive children are likely to become inactive adults at home. During Physical Education classes at MNS students are taught skills that will help them stay active and healthy. You can help us achieve our goal of getting kids physically active for 60 minutes every day all year long. Taking a walk on the greenway, playing at Kids Castle, or just getting outside and kicking a ball in the yard are great ways to achieve this.

Our focus is also on overall health and making good choices through eating habits and physical activity. During P.E. classes, students synergize to learn how to play soccer, basketball, tennis, flag football, dodgeball, as well as many other individual and team sports.

We want to partner with you to help your child become the healthiest version of themselves. Please let us know if we can help in any way. Be looking for American Heart Association's Jump Rope for Heart Challenge in February each year.
